What is the NGOGate roster?
The NGOGate roster is a curated pool of professionals prepared to support NGOs and humanitarian organizations in emergency and early-recovery contexts. The roster model helps organizations access relevant profiles quickly when rapid deployment is critical.
We focus on practical field profiles including health, logistics, protection, MEAL, project management, and coordination. Each roster cycle follows a structured review process to maintain quality, readiness, and role relevance.
How the process works
1. Application window
During open cycles, professionals submit profiles and availability details for specific role categories.
2. Review and shortlisting
Applications are reviewed for relevant experience, technical fit, language capacity, and deployment readiness.
3. Matching and outreach
Organizations can request roster support and receive shortlisted profiles based on role, context, and urgency.
Current alternatives while intake is paused
The pause applies only to roster intake. You can still apply to active opportunities published on the NGOGate jobs board and connect directly with organizations currently hiring.
To be notified when roster applications reopen, email info@ngogate.org with the subject "Roster interest" and include your specialization and geographic focus.
